WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SHOWS THAT THE DELIVERY WAS UNSUCCESSFUL?

For a quick resolution, we recommend that you use the tracking number that you will receive from us in order to track the delivery. You can validate the address you sent us when ordering. If the package is returned to us due to an address error, please notify us as soon as possible so that it can be returned to you as soon as we receive it. If the error in the address is a customer error when entering delivery information, the package will be returned, however, the customer will have to pay for a new shipping label.  * Please note that Native Skincare Shop is not responsible for delivery problems *

MY NATIVE SKINCARE SHOP ORDER SHOWS THAT IT WAS DELIVERED, HOWEVER IT WAS NOT RECEIVED?

This can happen occasionally. If this is your case, check around your property. Sometimes the delivery service will hide the package in order to make it less visible to the neighbors. You can also confirm with the neighbors, because sometimes the delivery service can make mistakes. We advise you to contact the delivery service to confirm receipt of it. If you took the guaranteed service with signature at the reception this problem should not happen. However, in very rare cases, it may be that the package is marked as delivered without being received (theft, wrong address or other problem with the transport service) It is unfortunately not in our jurisdiction at this level. If you have not taken the signature service at reception, we advise you to contact the transport service to issue a resolution request to this effect. 

* Please note that we are not responsible for the package once it leaves our offices. However, it is our pleasure to assist you in the process of requesting a complaint from the delivery service * 

DELIVERY POLICIES

What happens if my package is returned to Native Skincare Shop for various reasons (wrong address, no package pickup, etc.) The return of parcel will be at the buyer's expense. If the box is returned to us, Native Skincare Shop will handle the delivery to return the package to its destination. 

Native Skincare Shop as well as the owners Martin Sioui, Jonathan Sioui and Natasha Sioui cannot be held responsible for injuries made with the products. It is the customer's responsibility to use the product responsibly and safely. Native Skincare Shop as well as the owners Martin Sioui, Jonathan Sioui and Natasha Sioui can not be held responsible for delivery times, as well as loss of packages by the courier. We will do our best to ensure fast shipping but are not responsible for delays related to the delivery company as well as loss of packages which prolong return times, etc.

Out of Stock Items

In case any of the items on your order is out-of-stock and once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with information regarding the out of stock items including an Estimated Time of Availability (ETA).

For larger orders - shipped to USA and Canada addresses - we may split your order at no additional shipping charge and ship all available items. All out of stock items will be shipped separately in the last and second shipment once they are available.

In case you wish to split your order additional shipping charges may apply.
Your order may be split after we receive your confirmation of acceptance of the additional shipping charge.
